TLCC is delighted to announce that a project it partnered on – Arundel Springs by Villa World – was awarded first place in the Residential Development category at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards!

The UDIA is the development industry’s most broadly representative association, with more than 4,500 member-companies ranging from top-tier global enterprises and consultants, to local governments and small-scale developers.

TLCC worked closely with Villa World on the project, which included the rejuvenation of the waterways surrounding the estate, as well as an impressive park and nature reserve.

The judges’ comments commended the project for the quality, diversity and individual maintenance of homes that make for a highly liveable environment.
