We’re honoured to announce that TLCC’s work on Stage Two of the Naturalisation of Small Creek (an Ipswich City Council project) was a winner at the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) 2020 awards – an event that promotes the achievements and work of landscape architects in Queensland.
The judges praised the project team for setting a precedent for all future creek naturalisation projects, saying: “Demonstrating absolute excellence in landscape architectural planning and design, the Small Creek Naturalisation project has much to be proud of. It demonstrates a true collaborative effort between landscape architects, engineers and stakeholders, to achieve an outcome that is both highly functional and also beautiful.”
