TLCC collaborated with RCC Builders and the Pradella Group on this vibrant new project in the heart of riverside West End. Featuring a 1200sqm landscaped public plaza, central arcade and alfresco dining spaces, Montague Markets will incorporate shops, restaurants and upscale residences. Our contribution included high-end landscaping – everything from site preparation, drainage, stone paving and street furniture, to a decorative roof ballast, custom vine trellis and lush green wall.
