Logan City Council appointed TLCC as the principal contractor for Stage 2B and Stage 3 of the Logan Village Green project. This initiative expands the Council’s vision of the area as a ‘Place to Play,’ evolving it into a space for both relaxation a nd recreation. As part of the project, a new carpark has been constructed, and the previous carpark has been transformed into a turfed softscape and reconstructed courtyard adjacent to the Logan Village Library—offering an inviting space to read and unwind.
