 TLCC collaborated with Brisbane City Council to unveil the Colmslie Beach Playground, providing a safe and engaging space for children of all ages. Inspired by local wildlife, new statues and waterplay equipment enhance the playscape, while hidden features encourage curiosity and motor skill development in this supervised and exciting playground.

Project Value $1.5M
  • Demolition, earthworks and temporary fencing 
  • Construction of new water play area with waterline connection and drainage. 
  • Supply and install of extensive rubber softfall. 
  • Construction of dry creek bed with timber balance beams and water mist feature. 
  • Hardscape construction, including, retaining walls, seating walls, and 1000m² of new concreting. 
  • Supply & installation of over 50 new fixtures and furniture pieces 
  • Softscape and turfing 
  • Maintenance period of 26 weeks
