Logan City Council awarded TLCC the contract for a large-scale upgrade of Alexander Clark Park, Stages 2 & 3. These projects involved enhancing the park’s driveway and expanding the carpark to improve accessibility and convenience for visitors.

  • Construction of new asphalt carparking space & bus parking
  • Supply & install of new cycle & pedestrian footpaths
  • Entry road embellishments
  • Installation of new soft scaping including garden beds, boulders & trees
  • Supply & installation of new seating, bollards, maintenance access gate and rubbish disposal
  • New water, sewer and subsoil drainage connection
  • Maintenance period of 26 weeks

A newly enhanced carpark and upgraded driveway will welcome visitors to Alexander Clark Park, improving accessibility and convenience for many lasting years.
