Our founder and senior management team lead by example through exemplary actions and attitudes that help shape the friendly, approachable culture of our organisation.
TLCC’s executive team are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. On site, they oversee all divisions with a genuine passion for construction and landscape maintenance.

About our Managing Director
Andrew Bottomley
With 27 years’ experience in landscape and civil works construction, Master Landscaper Andrew Bottomley has worked on major award-winning projects throughout his career.
Andrew, who is also a registered builder, manages TLCC’s construction and project management division. He is committed to constructing the client’s vision and ensuring every aspect of a project is delivered as promised.
A dedicated career landscaper, Andrew has attained Master Landscaper status with Landscape Queensland Industries Incorporated and is a Landscape Queensland Hall of Fame inductee.
